Sounds like a really good beer. However because it fairly pricey I'm glad I passed it up the other day since you can't taste the Akevitt. Great review. Cheers!!!
@TheMasterOfHoppets Thanks Peter. I have to admit it seems strange for American breweries to not take care of other US states first, but I think it's great that you guys get as much as you do... I'd be sad if we didn't get German and Belgian beers...
I do know what Akevitt is! One of the more renowned Akevitts in Denmark is actually distilled in my city, called Rød Aalborg. But this sound very interesting, but I can't get their beers in Denmark! xD This must be how you guys feel when I get American beer you can't get hehe. Too bad you couldn't taste the Akevitt, but still sounds like a good beer. Great review Mark!
