Timothy Nohe and Shannon Young investigated the aural qualities of wine glasses, guttering candle flames, water, and daily gestures in "Touch Glass," a new sound-performance piece created for Anarchy in the Kitchen an event presented at the Umami Food and Art Festival 2010. "Touch Glass" and other Anarchy performances were streamed live from the Umami Website and at viewing parties at Eyebeam (NYC), Squeaky Wheel (Buffalo), The NonStop Institute (Yellow Springs, OH), and The Center for Art, Design and Visual Culture at The University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
