Tartan Brass playing on the march. It is interesting to see one of the police horses 'dancing'. It did this when leading the Cheshire Constabulary Band too. The Video is from a small camera but looks ok on full screen. The clip captures the atmosphere of Delph Whit Marches quite well. I loved when the girls break into a dance (jig? fling?) mid march!
Part 2 is the contest arena at Delph, the band playing Punchinello march.
See you all next year when I hope our band will be there too!

Heh! It sounded great! These little cameras with video facility are pretty critical when it comes to sound. Part 2 is better where the band play Punchinello after the procession.
Anyway, the only sound that really counts is the crowd and they were obviously pleased! I think Tartan Brass 2008 must have finished up in Delph for the day, judging by all the marauding lasses, and men in skirts!
