Backing chords for the Original Nena version are

E, F#, A, B

for the the pre chorus/build up the gutiar simply plays a rhytmic pattern holding a power chord an octave up (A, 7th fret) .. and plays the first note and the octave above, missing out the middle.

Try the "goldfinger" version, they did a metalish cover but used the same Key ... you could perhaps work out the tabs from that.
