@hahnpremo There is no distance restrictions for blind or visually impaired (VI) archers, they can shoot the full distance if they wish (100 Yards for the full adult round in the UK or 90m for the FITA international round).
Each VI archer has a spotter, a sighted individual who acts as their eyes and relays where the arrow lands to the archer. They are also there to keep the archer safe.
as an archer i think its great the blind can enjoy the sport but im afraid for others safety when i quality practice(eyes closed) 5 meters from the butt so im curious to the distance restrictions?
