"Browns gas" is a patent for Hydrogen and Oxygen from the ELECTROLYSIS of water

therefore the idea being using it as a fuel in internal combustion engines.

A fuel cell is NOT, I repeat NOT .. a Browns gas generater.

If you compare the difference Brown's gas is generated and fed into the internal combustion engine.. A fuel cell is less effecient then a battery.. you use electricty to obtain the browns gas and then convert it back to electricty.
