Hey everyone, this is a new video for my studio. I just bought my equipment a little while ago and this video is a little old but i just didnt have the time to put it up. Ive had it for several months and i hope everyone likes my new rig. I absolutely love it and it only cost me about $1600. If you have any questions on any piece of my equipment or how i obtained it, please feel free to comment and message!

  • Hey bro. Great video! Btw, a quick question: I'm looking to buy a Pioneer DJM 909 but I'm noticing that it does not come with turntables. How do I go about getting those and which ones do you recommend? Thanks!

  • @ahmadhamad the pioneer is rediculous buddy, best part of my rig by far..

um, it depends how much your lookin to spend, the Numark TTMs are good tables to START with, but if you want the real deals, go with technics, they are the best in the market but dont go lower than the MKIIs because then they might be faulty

  • Congratz to a great setup man, ive used it myself so i know *lol*

DNS 3500 are the bomb next to the 3700s, and the 909 is a pure KILLER!

Sounds like u did a great deal as well

btw, did ya make your own slipmats or did ya buy from a vendor?

if not i sure can recommend the slips from glowtronics, i bought a pair for my 3500, the slip are second to none.

keep up the good work man

    Cheers

    /S

  • @DJSEvEN72 yeah man i absolutely love my rig. I think i've been djing more than i ever have since i bought it lol.

The slipmats i got came with the denons..i'm pretty sure those are the classic Denon symbol and they were already attached to the tops.

I'll def check out glowtronics and see if there is anything i like!

Thanks a lot for your comments man! Keep looking because i'm gonna be coming out with some more videos

  • the DDM4000 isnt a bad piece of equipment, but for the money you could prob either save a little more to get something much better or you can find something of the same value for a cheaper price...just remember to shop around before you commit to your new stuff!

  • nice work

  • What do you think of the Traktor Kontrol S4? I know it comes with 2 small wheels and 4 channel mixer, but for starters is it good? Also 1000$ so it isn't cheap

  • @DJDivine520 Hey, how can i find a case for my equipment? I mean, i see tht their r different sizes, how can i determine what case i should get?

  • nice vid...cool equipment...

what are your thoughts on Traktor? I just got the Traktor S4 for myself, just starting out last few months for parties with friends etc...

  • You cant ask the Client for a table, she has enough to do. Then you have to put the heavy rig on the table, unless you bring one of your monkeys to help.

5). You have to hook up your laptop which also means bringing in the laptop rack.

6). The case your using is heavy, the top of it alone weighs in over 20 LBS

7). More cords if your hooking up to an amp underneath.

8). No Lights to see at night, no mic stand, no place for a mouse.

9). No place for Furman power conditioner, or BBE, Aphex.

  • Although your in love with your system, I see some flaws for mobile djing.

1). 1 mic input. So when doing toast you loose control of introduction of the next person go give toast, it that mic goes out your doomed. ( Always have 2 wireless mics)

2). The coffin has no room, you will always have to take time to hook up a wireless mic and set it on the table.

3). You will need to carry a table around with you, not a venue have tables for the djs, especially if your playing at a home party.

  • @DJDivine520 Are those denons midi compatible?

  • were do you live cause im looking for a teacher

  • im gettin this mixer but the big downside is NO PANNING AND CRAPPY UPFADERS

  • @xaviskater yes, but first use virtual dj. they have a 20 day demo. use virtual dj to get the feel of it. then you can pick up a small controller that you can use with virtual dj or traktor ad etc. i have a hercules dj control mp3 e2. you can get it from guitar center for 100 dollars. than ou could step your equipment up and get real decks after a while.
