This is a collection of drawings my 4-6th graders did while listening to Charles Camille Saint-Saen's "Danse Macabre." The story behind this tone-poem is that on midnight on Halloween, Death plays violin for the dead who get to dance until the sun rises in the morning. (Listen for the rooster crow.) The story appealed to the people of the day because there were no social classes once you were dead; kings would dance with peasants etc.
children are so innocent & naive, they still havent learned how to draw "correctly" yet their drawings are amazing! everyone who says they "cant" draw is lying
i'm in art school but i'd love to be able to draw like this!
