The funniest thing is that it's true. Dairy contains peptides that are casomorphines, or natural opiates, and addictive. They think it may have evolved to do with attachment and nursing young. So cheese - milk with 90% of the water removed - contains a concentrated opiate. (Good feeling . . . ) but it also releases histamines, which are inflammatory and cause allergy and pain. Why both? Proof that "intelligent design" is not always intelligent: not all evolved characteristics are good.
