  • How is this Christian as it is not even found in Judaism or the Bible? Its origins are from civilisations who had many gods. It has been and is still used in many occult and pagan practices. It is a straight path to Jesus not a path of twists and turns. From what I have researched, the Labyrinth has always been associated with other Gods, Myths, Human Sacrifice and evil. It is clear in the bible that one should steer clear of any practice that is associated with false idols, other Gods or evil.

  • I love it..if u know about angels you'll learn about Labyrinth...I call it the Angel Path..i learned about it by a book of Angels..the angels are picking up all yours worries off the path as you continue to finish the path..i stumbled onto 1 in VA. the St Francis of Assisi Church, had 1 made of brick..i walked it 4 times..never thought i'd ever find 1. I didn't know the word Labyrinth..do now..(=

  • For a historical perspective on labyrinths watch "Researching the Labyrinth"

  • The labyrinth image was fouond in pagan cultures, and historians and archeologists do not know what it meant, but clearly it was a pagan symbol. You can walk 1,000 labyrinths and not be one step closer to God unless you know Christ. The labyrinth does not make a person any closer to God or give one any true spirituality.

  • Looks awfully Pagan to me. Prayer should be done in your inner closet out of view of others. You aren't following God's words. Prayer is simple and untangled with our own wishes; how can someone pray for something unless you are certain its God's will. "God's Will Be Done."

  • What a heaping great load of deceiving old cobblers....

  • Other than a slight sound distortion, it was pretty good.

  • I like it. It's a good illustration, although the labyrinth it'self is much older then then the middle ages. but the sound is not great.

  • The cover of Thomas Merton's book on the Lectio has a Labyrinth on it....

  • I agree with you. Amen!
