You will know which is last mission because on the last job you need to do for Jacob, the "package" will be inside a green and black car and not a shitty looking one.

@KraT0s1993 It is optional, Little Jacob will text you letting you know to call him. When you call him, there is a "Job" Option.

i dont understand on my trophy list there are trophies that are black with question marks i did all ten and i still cant get the trphy wtf do i do.

you have to finish first the mission "Shadow" then jacob will call you and he will ask you to help him on this mission
