Baros Island Resort & Spa is one of the Ultra Luxury Resort in MALDIVES which provides 71 Luxury villas & suits, located in Baros Private Island which is 29km away from Male International Airport. Transfer to the resort will be provided by Speedboat and it will take approximately 60 minutes to reach the resort from Male International Airport.

In December 2005 Baros opened after a complete re-design and rebuilt as a luxury boutique resort with just 75 guest villas. The chief architect, who is a prominent Maldivian designer was also responsible for the design of many other luxury resorts in the Maldives such as Huvafen Fushi, W Retreat & Spa and the Four Seasons.
