I actually ENJOY crying on my keyboard nightly, as I investigate the latest uploads designed to pierce the hearts of Boomers. . . and, of course, bemoaning that "they just don't write songs like that any more," [conveniently forgetting my adoration for Doo Wop, hardly a "sensible" genre.]

I was working outside on a very hot day in victoria b. c., sweat pouring down! Along the waterfront comes a handsome dude with his gorgeous girl friend in a long convertable and the radio was blaring out this song. I started to turn green with envy and When I hear this haunting song I`m right back in 1956 slaving away and jealous as hell !!

...In '57 I was a new Canadian (ex-brit ) training to be a Para in the CDN Army .Listening and dancing to this "SUPER" music .
