What was wrong with Ian? What's with the Jim Morrison stage act? That works well with "The End" but not a Post-Hardcore track like "Suggestion"! One could see the people behind him pissed-off with his drama queen antics. Fortunately the band plays well and the song is as liberating as ever.
this song came out 1989.. way before sublime came around.. infact sublime covered "minor threat" by minor threat, Ian Mackaye's old band. so it might be possible sublime might have been influenced by Fugazi perhaps? who knows..
I hope these guys come off "hiatus" and record another album and tour. I only got to see them once in '91 and would kill to see them again. This video gave me goosebumps. Thanks for sharing.
