  • Yep it will go that fast but I can't vouch for your dealer. I am 230lbs and have not broken in the engine fully yet and we get about 58mph. For the gas mileage, Don't know yet, ain't burned through a whole tank yet! :-) Gotta love the scooter mileage!

  • I am looking at buying my first scooter. The local shopping is trying to sell me the same scooter you have in the video. The guy told me that the model is runmaster milano 150cc. He said that it has no problem going at 60mph, given it break in properly. And it should also hit 80mpg also. Since you have the scooter, will it run 60mph + stock ? Can I trust the local guy ?

    Your response is appreciated.

I don't know if you can trust the dealer there but this scoot will do 60mph tops once broken in with no mods.

I'm not sure of the gas mileage but between 70 and 80mpg sounds about right.

  • @KidNmeKarts Thanks for the reply. I have some more question. The way you describe "breaking in" the scooter is totally opposite to what the bike dealer told me. They said to break in, one must never speed about 45 for the first 500 miles. Then oil must be changed for the 100, 200, 300 and 500 miles. Your video said go full blast right off the bat. I am confused.

  • Oh it is also my first scooter as well. Also do you know the specs? I can't seem to find them. Max mph, mpg, and etc?

  • I just bought this 2007 scooter used. It is titled as a 49cc but the guy said it was 150 and advertised it as it but said it was because he modified it. Even the key tag said 150. I got it because I dont have a motorcyle endorsement but wanted extra power. Your 150cc here has a metal exaust like mine and when I start mine up it is LOUD. I seen the 49cc version on another site and noticed that the 49cc on nbc.com shoping or w/e has a black plastic exaust. I wonder what I really have.

  • Man that looks fun.
