Despite what the liner notes to the record say, Johnny Thunders and Dee Dee Ramone were sent back home before recording a single note : the musicians with Steve, here, are Neal X and Tony James (ex- Sigue Sigue Sputnik on gtr and bs), Stephen Richie (on dr) and Kris Dollimore (on gtr)

Dee Dee didn't play on any of these songs and it's doubtful Johnny did. These sessions came to a screaching halt due to drug related differences, and then Stiv's death. These songs are unfinished versions pre-demo even. The label added Dee Dee and Johnny's names to increase sales.
