Just an additional note, famous drag racer Tommy Ivo was also on the show (Haywood Botts), thus his nickname "TV" Tommy Ivo.

This show was supposed to have been set in the 1920s, but it sure looks like the 1950s. Thanks for posting, though.

This episode originally aired on November 9, 1961. Even though this was originally scheduled after "MY THREE SONS", "MARGIE" was forced off Thursday nights by April 1962 because of its competition: NBC's "HAZEL", which (following "DR. KILDARE") was #1 its its time period. A move to Fridays at 7:30pm(et) also met with viewer indifference- how'd you like to be opposite CBS's "RAWHIDE" and NBC's "INTERNATIONAL SHOWTIME", with Don Ameche?

Can anyone, anywhere, put more of this show on You Tube? I remember it from my childhood. Would also like to see "Hank," if anyone has that.

It is great to see this. I remember this show when I was little. It only lasted one year but it was one of my favorites. Another short lived series I would love to see is Bringing Up Buddy.

If you look carefully - you can see Yvonne Craig in the group scene at about the 2:30 mark. She was also appearing on Dobie Gillis around that time. She of course later became known at Batgirl!

I also enjoyed seeing the Margie clip. It was one of my favorite shows when I was in 8th grade, I had been playing cornet for only 6 months then but could play Margie and other 1920's songs like Black Bottom, Charleston and The Shiek Of Araby.

"After all is said and done, there is really only one

    Oh Margie, Margie,

    It's Youuuuuu!"

I still remember the opening theme after all these years. God bless you Youtubers!!
