@AznAndy562 Hi there, Creatine Monhydrate, I would load 5g a day 4 times per day so 20g in all over 5 days, so take 100g and then 5g a day after training, for 2 months then stop for a month, Creatine Ethyl Ester you take as directed, Ethyl Ester is better as its absorbed faster into the system.

Im currently on a tight budget so i'm just taking Whey Protein. However you didnt mention what to take on days you are not training? At present Iv only been doing Biceps one day, chest the second and shoulders third. thanks for all the help! :D

Nice vid dude.
I have a guy he is selling Amino Acid powder @ my gym here in Sydney, he said he got this from the Aus Institute of Sport. he is charging $250 and says it will last 3 months. Is this worth it? Or do u think it sounds suspect... Your advice would be appreciated.

@eugeneisalive sounds really esxpensive amino accids are fairly cheap we are about to supply hamiltons pharmacy in OZ contact them as they really know there stuff
