I'm having these symptoms too. The only short term solution I have found is to stand up on my foot for at least 5 minutes and it seems to relieve the symptoms. You may have to stand on it again until the spasm stops.

I am going through this now, too... in both legs and occasionally my left arm (i have crps in all limbs). as much as i dislike the expression: i feel your pain! baclofen/tizanidine no longer work and i am getting desperate. we *sound* alike also -- i cannot help but cry out when the spasms start... i hope you've found a way out... i hope i do, too. best of luck...

the toes become extremely stiff and yes there is a lot of pain in the foot --- extreme pain. Yes I guess I would say there is some heaviness too. Sometimes the toes either scrunch up at the first knuckle or they'll curl in. This happens in both feet, with any activity or at complete rest.
