it's about time someone captured Ray and put him on the Tube... an awesome performance by one of the best Nashville singer/songwriters performing today. can't say enough...
Just a beautiful song. I have Warren's cover version, and I love it. This performance is also amazing. Thanks for writing it, singing it, and sharing it, Ray.
"This song is written by a dear friend of mine from North Carolina called Ray Sisk. He's a songwriter, that I grew up sneaking into clubs to hear. And he was a big influence on me and we became friends." warren haynes
Too cool, I love the fact that Warren Haynes, Gvt. Mule and the Dead have covered this Ray Sisk song along with Happy Traum who had the first release way back when on his album "Bright Morning Star"... I've covered it since I first heard it on Happy's album. Brother Ray performed it last night at the Idle Hour...the last song of the night.... I love the song and my brother Ray.
