Flying MD 500e helicopter. Gopro recording 720p 60fps helmet mount. Only my second time using a 100' line.

Expensive toy MD500, I love it , another idea to get some money back by Texas hog hunting by this MD500E , getting those wild animal feed my K9 & me !

@MrBraden007 I have never flown the AS350 models. The 500 is cramped and hard to see out of (me being 6'4"). The controls are heavy and it has some goofy things about it. But it will go into any confined. It will spin around in a heart beat and is a total speed freak. Cool factor alone is off the scale. I love it.

@anders3210 I agree, I was looking at a digital voice recorder last night and patch chords. I would like to have cockpit audio added to the next series of flying videos. Which I am hoping to start filming as soon as the 2012 flying season kicks off. Thanks

Why does your co-pilot have his hand on the cyclic for most of the video?

@burner52445 Hahaha, he was my training pilot. As I hadn't flown the 500 in a long time. He was using the trigger on the cyclic to key the intercom. Not because he was afraid of my flying.

@hqdby1 Thanks, I really enjoy the work. It can be dangerous but also very rewarding. After flight school to land that first job. It's all about determination, proper attitude and a little luck.
