opened for these guys a couple weeks ago....lets just say this vid doesn't do them any justice.....the percussion section is insane.....now they play more latin infused music which is way better then this song

i was lucky enough to happen upon these cats at the Mad Bar in Wicker Park, Chicago about 12 years ago on a Sunday morning.

We saw these cats live @ Dos Amigos in Odessa Tx. like 3 times! Very good music, good show, and cool cats!! They were down to meet random fans after the show and pose for a pic or two!! We got to kikkit w/them @ La Quinta after the show on one occasion...they toured w/Shackleford Brown and they were all down to have some beers w/some of the fans (me and my chikk among many)...they dropped a CD "Into the New" w/Sony (1st big label release) but it didn't sell many copies...quite good though!
