I seem to remember the US occupied France and needed to be kicked out by De Gaulle.

The British are still in Germany,France,Belgium.

The Soviets occupied just like the Allies, And it was the Allies who occupied longer, Germany & Japan are still occupied to this day.

@bh5496 Other American Idiots have made claim that it was the U.S who played the main role during WW2 and "saved everybody", Foolish propaganda. Anybody with a brain knows it was the Soviet Union who played the main role during the war by far, And Britain was the nation with balls to stand up to the Axis Alliance and fight for freedom, Poland 1939 the British declared war thinking more for others, What was America thinking? As usual making profit from the millions killed and enslaved.

@bh5496 During the Great War it was Britain who gave the most money,supplies during the war. WW2 Yes, The U.S supplies were vital, However just THINK they were vital to protect American Interests and fight American enemies! Native Americans? Remember when Britain ruled over the 13 Colonies the Americans ruled over most of there own nations. After the Revolution the US-Colonials exterminated the Natives during the American Holocaust & invaded West to rape,enslave,plunder,loot,etc i was horrific.

@EngrJrmt LEARN HISTORY- When Monty arrived to take over command of the British 8th Army, Just as planned he stopped Rommel and the Axis advance at Alam Halfa, and the final major battles of Al Alamein the British Counter-attack crushed the Axis Forces and it was game over for the Axis campaign in Africa. Rommel was defeated and his troops left trapped running. Lendlease from America 1941, Was VITAL for American interests, Remember we traded with YOU, MONEY,LANDS,PROFIT,BROKE,LOANS­,BANKRUPT!

@EngrJrmt LEARN HISTORY, 1940 the British outnumbered humiliated the Axis in Africa and took East Africa within weeks. Also stopped the invasion of British-Egypt. The British had liberated Ethiopia,etc and started to push into Axis-Libya. The Royal Navy starved the Axis of supplies in Africa, They were desperate for basic things like water,fuel,etc. The British realise Rommel was like a charging bull, 1942, Alam Halfa El Alamein the final major battles and the end of the Axis Africa campaign.
