  • Very Great Workout but very dangerous Bruce Lee love this workout he also hurt his back one time doing this.

  • wow...the bar placement is completely wrong...anyone doing this with decent weight will have spinal injuries because there is no muscle where this guy has the barbell...

    yes they are called GOOD EVENINGS

  • were his main exercise when he pulled a 666 deadlift.Pull being the key word there
