World Business: The growth of Asian economies has serious implications for the US and Europe. Not only is recovery stagnant by comparison, but with domestic markets strengthening and intra regional trade growing in Asia, the role of the West is becoming uncertain. The US undersecretary for Economic, Business and Agricultural affairs, Robert Hormats, recently attended the Boao forum in China; World Business spent some time with him to find out why.
