I would say it should..they're have different size flexi rods u can buy..I used to just use a leave-in (cantu shea butter) and I would have spray bottle w/water and I used a wide tooth comb..

Hi Kendra! I transitioned for 7&1/2 mths before I did my B.C...:) I did alot of flexi rod sets towards the end of it to hide my newgrowth..I would highly recommend using them..they work great! :)
