@hpobsessor1 Yeap, I'm more and more worried about Kanaeva. Her routine are more difficult, but her execution and her control are going downhill. She is not as good as she used to be, yet her routine are more complexed.

@Missnewyork28 No Zhenya was not in top form, and rg girls tend to get worse with age. Zhenya had the best ribbon and Dasha's clubs were not as good, but that's partly cuz they're trying to turn her into Godunko Revisited instead of letter her do her dramatic style we see in hoop and ball. I think she has great musicality in ball and hoop and there's expression in her ribbon, though not as much. Ah well, I guess I'll just root for Dasha and you Zhenya and see who wins in London.

@hpobsessor1 I mean it always reminds me that commercial for ready to cook raviolis. But whatever :D. The ball music is not any better and Kondakova has no musicality. She doesn't feel what she is doing, she has no expressions. I just can't like her. It's too bad because I think she is a hard worker, she loves RG obviously but can't manage to be as polished and interesting than Kanaeva

@hpobsessor1 I know what you mean, where I live, RG is not popular either. Well, Kanaeva was not in top form this year, her hoop routine is boring to death, she had issues with her ball. Otherwise her clubs and ribbon routine are breathtaking in terms of difficulty, execution, artistry. Kondakova's routine are messy, I mean, I don't see her telling a story on the floor like Kanaeva does. The music are terrible, first especially the ribbon one.

@Missnewyork28 Yeah, at this point i've figured out that Viner's not Evgenia's coach. Again, I don't have much access to info about RG because it's not very big where I live. Sorry for errors. I do understand that Evgenia's still wonderful and has maintained better than almost any gymnast (will be on the podium at 2 ogs and deserving it) but Daria has much stronger routines. However, I do accept she does need to clean up her routines a bit.

@hpobsessor1 Kanaeva is not coached by Viner and Viner doesn't particularly like her. She is first because she is the best russian and most of the time, she is the best of the competition. Viner wants a russian to win, and until Kondakova cleans up big time her gymnastics, she won't overedge Kanaeva. And that's a good thing

@thiagosimoes84 The scandal is to see Kondakova with world gold medals around her neck. Now THAT is a real scandal. She is nowhere near Kanaeva, Bessonova, Maksymenko, Staniouta and all the others.
