In this video I identify and illustrate one of the main causes of disharmony and strife and how to overcome it. Also I share a few quotes from the Tao Te Ching as well as General Semantics. These ideas have had a really positive impact on my life and I feel that when you apply and understand them your life will like wise change for the better.

You can learn more about general semantics here:

  • Interesting. I like it

  • @Lowke1234 Is he? Or is that only your perception of him?

  • Junkie

  • I agree with most of your statements.. Im not fully sure how to apply this to my life. I guess the golden rule simplifies it? Maybe attempt to put myself into anothers situation before I judge them. Easier said than done though. One thing.. while we are all human, live on earth, ect... We all do not have the same backgrounds and experiences that shape the way we perceive things. Which is why someone may like pickles and others dont (bad example) but you cannot simply throw out experience

  • your chinese pronunciation is horrible

  • @freedomfromthemind THATS WHY ITS SO HARD TO EXPLAIN lol. whenever i say that, theyre just like "uhh..."

  • @EricOfBodomMan The tao (in "taoist") that can be told is not the eternal tao :)
