I remember playing in that mess, I was a trumpet player. Even though it's hard to hear the trumpets, we played the best that we could and even though there were holes in the formations now that I see them. We did good, and got 1st for the AAA division I think.

Hit The Road, Jack sounds a lot different then, the way our band plays it. XD

our band has pegasus this year... 6/8 it's so hard to keep times with groups of 3 while marching.

I assume your snare drummers are using brushes for the first 8 measures of the song. You wanna talk about hard, use brushes on a wide-open football field and expect to keep together!
But yes, Pegasus is a rather difficult piece at times.

BTW who is doing the solo? Gann man?

Um... Which one?
If I recall... Both Gann and McCormick did the solos for Hey Pachuco. Gann did the solo for the end of Pegasus, and McCormick was Hit The Road Jack.
I can't really remember, though.
