Tony Radevski is an Australian director, writer and producer of film and television. Born in 1981 in Sydney, New South Wales, he is of Macedonian descent and has a twin sister (Tanya).

After completing his Media degree in Visual Production, Tony worked in theatrical and DVD distribution at Village Roadshow during the release of The Matrix and The Lord of the Rings trilogies.

During this time Tony has created several award winning short drama, animation and documentaries. Tony made his directorial debut with the short documentary "Broken", which has travelled to over 20 festivals

nationally and internationally. He produced the NSW Film and Television Office's YFF-funded short drama "In the Middle" and has more recently directed "The Prodigal Son", for SBS Television. Other works

include the short comedy "But What About the Revolutionary George Pocket?" and his more recent piece "Drvce od kibrit" (Matchstick).

This video is the trailer to Tony Radevski's 15 minute animated short "Ephemeral".


A visually dark and comic film, set in a society lost within its endless, self-defeating pursuits, EPHEMERAL is the story of how a seemingly ordinary train trip home, turns into much more than its weary

passengers expect.

They unknowingly begin their symbolic journey in solitude, and as they travel the entire route, they succumb to the bittersweet nature of human behaviour.

An empty cola can which begins as a distraction, triggers a sequence of events evoked by each passenger's hopes, dreams and yearning for contentment.
It also beckons their darker side, leading them to ultimate greed and division.
And as their journey comes to an end, they find themselves arriving back to the very beginning.

How does an empty cola can have the power to unite them, divide them and punish them?
