  • instead of hula hoops, I'm guessing you can use flexible irrigation pipe. The electrical tape probably fall off once it touches water, use hot glue or silicone.

  • my off the shelf pool cover costs more than 500$

    You just made me dumber for reading that.

  • @yognut72 Those ¨lily pads¨ have a black color.And black color dousn't absorb the heat from the sun as the color white do. So the warm sunlight bounces around in the pool leaving its heat.
