I say we replace our representative govt with direct government, using the internet to cast votes. No lobbyists, no payola and direct accountability. The current constitution was developed during horse drawn buggy time. That does not apply now. I also recommend dropping money from the equation. No money-no greed. You call it socialism. I call it democracy. Can you think of anything better? Review all laws and the constitution annually. The people will rule To each according to his needs!!!

It is fair that you would have to pay a higher tax rate if you have the ability to pay more. 28% means a lot more to someone who only makes 50K as opposed to 150K.

Does the constitution change or not? It appears you are confused.
Doesn't matter if you beleive your own statement or if it was a typo, the fact of the matter is not debatable. The constitution can be amended, but it is not a fluid document that bends in the wind.

"equates" means make equal... Prog Tax is not the same as Redistribution... uhhh it just isnt...

I want equal treatment as well. If I earn 150k/yr I want to be taxed at 28% just like someone earning 50k/yr. Why should I pay tax at a higher rate? I'm not greedy I'm a realist. Please explain to me why you think conservatives are greedy for wanting a fair taxation system? The poor don't even pay taxes so don't go there with what ever argument you dream up.

Progressive tax rates equate to redistribution. A third grader would understand this concept. This is a LIBERAL policy (liberal democrat ideology if that makes you feel better). A fair taxation system would actually require a flat tax. If we continue on Obama's pace we'll be bankrupt... 14 trillion -- r u kidding me

because foolishly singing the attack of a foreign country is accepted in this country but enthusiasm is not.
other examples include violence cool, nudity bad, incompetence great, blow job bad, war with wrong country good, getting osama bin laden bad - welcome to the republican minded usa.
