Street Fighter IV - Seth (Hardest) beaten with Dan

Here's how I beat Seth on hardest with Dan. This method can be used on Medium and upwards, as Seth's difficulty is no different between Medium and Hardest.
Couple of things to note.

1. When you stand about 4 feet away from him, he will, 9 times out of 10, throw his arms at you
2. If you stand a little closer, he'll most likely try to suck you in with his vortex ability.
3. If you stand a little further from him, he will throw sonic booms at you.

Learn this distances, and predict what he will do. Then you can easily counter his attacks, as shown in this video.

Seth is nerfed in versus mode. In arcade mode, he's got an insane priority on all of he's moves, and "fortune telling" like reflexes. Even the slightest of your wiffs gonna be punished. And he's moves come out quick. So yeah, he's not a challange in versus mode, but in arcade... he can be a chore to beat.
