On his KMPC-AM radio commentary the day after Super Bowl XXVII, Jim Healy noted the holding penalties from that game...
Dallas Cowboys were caught holding Twice,
Buffalo Bills were caught holding three times,
And during the Halftime show,
Michael Jackson was caught holding NINE times!

Why will they put a SB in Syracuse (too small), Hawaii (time difference), or Canada (American event).

@jlthrift I don't think a Super Bowl can be played in a city/metropolitan area that doesn't have an NFL team.
This would disqualify Los Angeles/Pasadena, Syracuse (they've got a dome), San Antonio, Honolulu, and Vancouver (dome) from hosting a Super Bowl.
The Buffalo Bills do play one home game a year in Toronto, so maybe Toronto can host a Super Bowl under the Skydome at Rogers Centre.
