Free running Spring 2006

An old skool vid from back in the day, still had quite long hair! I guess this video is a nice mixture between big moves and flow, later on, I just went onto big moves which I think was a mistake.

Parkour = getting from point A to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible

Free-running = getting from point A to point B with style, no need to be efficient although speed plays an important part in looking good.
