That is some fucked up shit!the system needs some serious help when people gotta die for something they didnt do...I recently watched the documentary about 'the west memphis 3' where 3 kids did a long time for something they were innocent of but were set free on the condition that they pled guilty-WTF is that? Lucky for them they're free now-this guy wasn't so lucky...

You cannot tell me that a person is so retarded that when they kill two to five people in one shot or in a series that that person does NOT know that the death penalty exists within the state they are murdering in. Give people in this country a legitimate reason to abolish the death penalty. Religion and financial reasons hold very little weight with society and their legislative representatives. What do you gain personally from abolishing the death penalty anyways?
