  • what kind of gas mileage are you getting?

  • not good?

  • The belt looked a little loose, and speaking of belts, that dude needed one, or some regular pants, turn his ball cap around the right way, & shave that neasty thing off his chin.

  • I just noticed these comments lol. That was just a leisure day. I dress up too much for catering. I've since gotten a haircut and a nice clean shave.

  • the fanbelt is easy to ''tighten up''

  • yeah I know. I haven't had much of a chance to mess with it cause it's been so cold out. the cold is keeping the car from even starting. So i'm going to mess with it when we get warm weather here in MD again.

  • @salaamallah You don't want to keep a Corvair fan belt as tight as you would on a regular car. It will be much more prone to throwing an overly tight belt than a lose one. That one does look a little too loose, but not as much as you might think.

  • HIS beltless pants, ball cap, and chin hair are as FINE as his SWEET Corvair.... :0)

  • I was just kidding, I use to love messing around with my dad's old 64 corvair 4 door we use to own, it ran good, however one day the cord to the excellerator snapped while riding around, so I steered the car while my brother sat on the outside rear of the car with the hood propped open & controlled the govornor with his fingers, fun times.

  • repace the belt, keep fresh plugs in and she'll be ok.

  • Hellz yea, another Juggalo with a Corvair.

    Friggin sweet btw...

Just picked up a '64 Monza 2-door coupe myself, been sittin in a field for about 10+ years all there, only $400.
