Hi Michael,
I am in the beginning stages of the lap-band journey. Just made my first appointment today with the doctor and bariatric nurse - I am also from Geelong - Lara to be specific. Congrats on your weight loss, fantastic job. I tried to add u on facebook but couldnt...there is no option to add you as a friend?

Hi Michael, thanks for the vids, very inspirational. I start my optifast diet tomorrow (actually make that today) and was panicking about it till I seen the fact that you did it for 6 weeks. hi there. i hope you are liking the shakes. you get use to them. i am still using them. i actually like them. there is a trick in making them nicer. make them like a frappe in a blender. good luck with the operation. not sure why you could not as friend on facebook. but i added you on here, send me a private message on here with your facebook details and i will add you on there. thank for now. michael
