Anyways, onto the meat of the video in text form:

This tourney is single elimination, you lose once and you're gone. Individual Pokemon substitutions can be made at your whim, but you must keep your theme throughout the tournament so make sure you pick a good one. This tournament is going to be a DS wi fi tournament, but if you and your opponent would like to take your match on PO that's fine, but I will need to see matching battle logs from BOTH people to confirm the matchup result.
These are subject to change, but what the hell it's for the people:
1st place: $50
2nd place: $25
(I'm not made of money so this is the limit of what I'm comfortable with giving out, but if anyone wants to contribute to the prize pot to create bigger prizes/more prizes for more places you are more than welcome to.)
Prize pot: $25
Battling rules will be standard (if you need a refresher on standard you'll find it at the bottom of the description) with the following tacked on:
- 3 OU/BL, UU/BL2, RU, NU, NFE, LC max (aka no more than half of your team can be from one tier). I didn't enforce this one last time because I thought it was silly, but some people in the last two tournaments thought it would cute to plow through with a standard team nicknamed with completely unrelated names and that is NOT how it works. Additionally, if a Pokemon changes tier mid rounds (e.g. Thundurus on an Aladdin team moving up, ignore it if it causes you to go over a limit - this could potentially be disruptive to theme structure as a whole so just let your opponent know if something on your team happened to change.
- Clear Skies (Both auto AND manual weather are banned, this is not to be confused with the Smogon definition of it - Pokemon that are let down from Uber in that tier there are still Uber here.
I will be allowing DW T-tar, Abomasnow, and Hippo, but ONE per team and on a case by case basis - if you don't PM me asking permission to use one and you use it anyways, that's grounds for a DQ)
- In addition to the above, Trick Room and Gravity have been banned since the line separating using Trick Room/Gravity and what does and doesn't make it a theme is way too grey to identify uniformly.
- Listing a moot point here, but in case you didn't get the picture ALL of the Pokemon on your team must have a nickname and they must correlate to a theme, THAT IS THE POINT OF THIS TOURNEY. Also a fairly obvious point, your Pokemon has to have a reason for that nickname - naming a Rattata Spongebob is stupid, going against the whole reason for this tournament, and a quick way to get disqualified.
In addition to the above, if you have an event Pokemon that you'd like to use, let your opponent know that it's from an event since the main indicator is now gone.
- Your theme CANNOT be any of the following: Monotype, Monocolor, Rainbow, Weather, Trick Room, Gravity, Region, Tier, Eeveelution, or any other in game mechanic/Pokemon related theme (Gary's team, Cynthia's team, etc) that I've failed to mention. The point is to base it on something OTHER than Pokemon.
Breaking any of these rules is grounds for an immediate disqualification. If you have any questions regarding these rules or are unsure as to whether your theme would be okay to use or anything in general, please don't hesitate to ask.

-Sleep Clause (only one Pokemon may be put to sleep at a time. Pokemon asleep owing to Effect Spore or Rest don't count towards this number)
-Evasion/OHKO Clause (Double Team, Minimize, Sheer Cold, Fissure, Horn Drill, and Guillotine are banned)
-Species Clause (Only one of the same PokeDex number per team)
-Self-KO Clause (If you have to kill yourself via Explosion/Self Destruct/Destiny Bond/Final Gambit to make the match a draw, you lose. Recoil from Life Orb or moves such as Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, Head Smash, etc do not count.)
-h4x item Clause (The following items are banned: Brightpowder, Focus Band, King's Rock, Lax Incense, Quick Claw, Razor Fang, Scope Lens, Razor Claw)
