Proper strength training, rate of force development, mobility/flexibility, reactive strength and mechanincs are what drive the vertical jump consistently. No gimmicks...

  • Haven't done precise measurements but I'm probably a 32-33'' standing and around a 36'' with a run up.

  • I seen what this guy did. He swung his arms backward behind his body giving him thrust to throw his body upwards. The only problem with that is if you can't palm a basketball it's hard to thrust both arms backwards to propel yourself up in the air. When I jump my knees always hurt, I believe I have bursitis..I can't even touch the rim on count of stiffness and pain in my knees. It's cool. I'll be Jason Kidd all my life and play below the rim. LOL

  • my standing verticle and running verticle leap is the same

  • Good hops, so what's your verrt?

  • how tall is this cat?
