"Days of our Lives" - Steve Pulls The Fire Alarm

From February 2007. Steve Johnson distracts two hospital employees by pulling the fire alarm so that they would not see him kidnap John Black under Elvis DiMera's orders. Elvis ordered Steve to kidnap John, who was in a coma, so that Elvis could steal one of John's kidneys for Elvis' ailing father Stefano. When the same two employees go back in, they notice John isn't in his hospital room, and they go looking for him. When they can't find him, one of them calls Marlena, John's wife, to tell her that John was missing.

@NLind That happens on a lot of shows. They probably pulled it when they tried filming before, but then messed up and had to re-film, but did not reset it.
