It's a parody of Mano Negra and Elmer foot beat, not Indochine. "Isabelle a les yeux bleus" is the parody of Indochine ;)

@Spellu4NCIS Hard not to pay attention to the lyrics when you're French. Not only because we get the meaning, but also because most of the songs by Les Inconnus are classical which some people just know by heart ;)
