If you're from Europe or US just came to study at NTU, but if you don't, then try NUS or Tokyo University. It seems they only appreciate westerners in NTU.

NTU is a university with longest history, largest scale, and most complete academic departments in Taiwan. It is also the best university among China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
