You're correct that in this day and age it's nearly impossible to stay with the same person for you entire life - most relationships don't have that long of a shelf life - but that doesn't make cheating okay. If you don't want to be with the person any more break up with them. It's as simple as that. I don't understand people who walk through life with no thought of who they're hurting in the process.

I do feel for you, and not in a patronising way. People in general are selfish, you seem like you would be a good Bf / Friend and give too much, but see people like that sometimes get taken advantage of... Stay strong, you will find someone who deserves you soon man... ;)

I don't think that being attracted to another person is cheating, nor letting it be known that you're attracted to another person. As long as it is done in a way that the other person can digest, so like still maintaining that level of responsibility and caring for the other person's feelings. It obviously demands a certain level of confidence, which, sometimes it comes with age, and a feeling of security.
