I heard that you can get money for everytime someone clicks on your blog. What do you have to do to get the money? Your blog can be about anything?

That is partially correct.
If you have a google adsense account, then you can enable adsense on your blog and earn money per-click on the ads.

I recently got accepted for google adsense and I realized very soon that it doesn't pay out very much at the beginning.

have a domain linasfoodandgiftsinc, how do I develop a stream of income other than from my products. I need traffic. Also would like to blog from my domain. Is this doable? Thank you for any help you can give.
