This experiment never existed. (it states it in the end of this film.) it's amazing how we can let our imagination over power us and publish countless books that are based on the idea as well. UFO"s, Area 51, global warming, 2012 etc....these people made bank off their ideas instead of working in factories etc....they even inspired a countless generation to continue searching for the unknown'

The governments have done far worse things then loosing a crew in an experiment. Why would they stop the experiments, and never start them again in 50 years, only because they lost a crew?
