KOF 2002 Arcade Run - Psycho Soldier Team 3/3

Seeing as this is a Dream Match title, Rugal is once again the final boss, and he's as powerful as ever. He's got every move he had in 98 with the exception of his electric ball attack. (Thank God) And he's even got some new moves, he can be pretty cheap, but unlike Krizalid or Igniz, he'll make you want to try again when you lose.

His theme is the best track in the game on the best stage, but in spite of this, Rugal 98 will always be my favorite KOF Boss and version of Rugal.

This one just doesn't give that feeling that Rugal 98 did, maybe it was his voice, the nostalgia, the music and setting, I don't know.

Either way, he's a good boss, and tons better then every NESTS boss before him. And to me, he will always be the true villian of KOF. I heard that the upcoming KOF XII will also be a Dream Match game. (Albeit with 20 characters) I wonder if Rugal will be the final boss again, I'd love to see him fully drawn.

Well, that's it. This is the last game in the series to have the Original Psycho Soldier team, They are not present in 2003 and I don't have XI.

So it looks like the playthroughs are done. Boy was that tiring. I suppose with this done I'll continue my Mugen Series.
Though I'll still do KOF playthroughs every now and then.
