Wild Goose Qigong belongs to the Kunlun School, also called Kunlun School Qigong. It is also named as DaYanQiGong.
It was practised by a famous practitioner named Dao An in Jin Dynasty (265-420 A.D.). He was later crowned as its founder. Wild Goose Qigong spread to northern China and was kept by Wan Li at Wutai Mountain. Wild Goose QiGong is able to pass down to the present as Emperor Qian Long, in Qing Dynasty (1368-1840 A.D.), promoted religion and established temples all over the country"

  • Hey tks! Still trying to focus on the internal strength though :-)

  • Sorry to say that It seems you're doing excerise more than practising Qi Gong. Anyway, Thanks for your sharing.

  • Thanks for your comment. I was not so calmed and relexed enough when the video was taken. I'm still workiing on to totally drain of my thoughts while practising, still searching for the wisdom of thought throughout my life journey. Appreciate your comment.

  • Hi Shakirah,

Wow! Is great to hear that the DYGG is so popular in so many countries now. I agree with you about the importants of how we feel on the insight while you practice. I believe that you are very enjoyable, dedicated and passionate towards your teaching of DYGG. Bravo!

  • It is the truth that some my forms are different from others. I could only explain that my teacher may have modified some forms or could have picked up from her master. Well, it has been more than 10 years since then. I feel comfortable with the forms & I still trying to perfect it. As one relaxes its mind without negative thought, it will not be harmful to its body. I am glad that you are truthful & concerned about the precision of DYQQ. Thanks for sharing.

  • it was nice to see you performing wild goose .i forgot how beautiful it looks ...

  • Thanks for the compliment. R you one of the DaYanQiQong practitioner too? I hope you enjoy the flow of energy within your body while practising the graceful movement of DYQQ. Isn't wonderful. Regards

  • awesome performance..... everything is presented... everything.....

  • Looks great! Don't pay any mind to these anonymous fellows that go around and criticize to anonymously boost their ego. There is internal alchemy going on inside you, that's plain to see. Everyone is on their own path and are their own center of the universe.

  • I agree with you wing2510 - it does look more like exercise or moving just the muscles rather than moving from the inside out. You seem to have the basic form. But not quite Qigong yet in my opinion.

  • I have studied and enjoyed the benefits of the first 64 movements and am about to study with a Master and learn the next 64 movements. Do you have them posted as well?

  • @uniforce101
