I remember a commentator, it could be this one, pronouncing Elvan Abeylegesse as "abalaguss" in the Beijing final. I wanted to pull my hair out.

Its very surprising, how some ppl dont give him respect because he is oromo!!!

All of the e's sound like "eh" and they are fast.

is the two first e´s fast or slow e´s, or a variation of one being and the other isnt?

Actually it's Beckehleh but the l in leh sounds like more of a d because they say it quickly.
