The song itself is nice.
However, as rajusari says that the actress is playing a role of foreigner girl who is trying to seduce a Nepali guy , to suit the scene, had the film maker put little extra work on choreography it wold have been more better.

whatever you guys said, its sucks,the music video is depend on the movie story line, when you see the movie you will realize its not that bad as you have mentioned above, the actress is playing a role of foreigner girl who fail in love with a guy from Nepal,and the girl is trying to seduce the guy, that's all about the music video,what I guess.
